Heaven's Skin. Wellbeing.Beauty — Cancellation & Booking Policy
At Heaven's Beauty, every appointment is time set aside especially for you. When an appointment is cancelled without enough notice, it's often too late to offer that spot to another client — so we ask all clients to please respect the following policy.
Booking Confirmation
All appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. We'll send a courtesy reminder 24–48 hours before your appointment by SMS, email or phone — please confirm as requested so we can keep your booking secure.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This gives us the chance to offer your time slot to another client.

24 hours' notice or more — no fee, reschedule any time.

Less than 24 hours' notice — a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service cost applies.

No-shows (missed appointments with no notice) — charged 100% of the booked service cost.
For longer or higher-value treatments (90 minutes or more, or packages/vouchers valued over $150), we require 48 hours' notice to avoid the late cancellation fee.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be requested at the time of booking for:

Packages, group bookings, or treatments 90 minutes or longer

Gift voucher redemptions

Clients with a prior late cancellation or no-show
The deposit is credited toward your service on the day and is forfeited if the above notice periods aren't met.
Late Arrivals
We kindly ask you to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. A grace period of up to 10 minutes is allowed; after this, your treatment time may be shortened to protect the next client's appointment, and the full service fee will still apply.
Repeat No-Shows
A first missed appointment is treated with understanding. After a second no-show or late cancellation, we'll require full prepayment to secure any future bookings.
Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion for documented medical emergencies or bereavement — please call us as soon as you can.
