When booking a new treatment, please take a moment to read a change to our treatment policy.

We know you appreciate the time and dedication that is lovingly set aside, to ensure your treatment is tailored to your individual requirements.  If you are in any doubt regarding the ability to keep your appointment time, please notify us at least 24 hours prior.

We have recently implemented a no-show and late cancellation fee.  This means you will be charged 50% of the value of your treatment.  We thank you for your consideration and respect for our experience and expertise.
